The Challenge
Voice messages are the fastest way to communicate nuance, but they are completely unsearchable and difficult to act on. Power users who receive dozens of voice notes per day have no way to triage, archive, or extract tasks from them without listening to each one in full.
The Solution
Deployed a Telegram bot that receives forwarded voice messages, runs them through OpenAI Whisper for high-accuracy transcription, then passes the transcript to a summarization model that extracts key points and action items. Output is sent back to the user as structured text and optionally pushed to a connected Notion page for archiving.
