The Challenge
Sales teams generate hours of unstructured call recordings and notes daily. Extracting actionable intelligence — deal status, objections, next steps — manually is slow, error-prone, and inconsistent across reps. Existing CRM integrations lack the contextual reasoning needed to turn raw conversation data into clean structured records.
The Solution
Built an automated pipeline that ingests call transcripts, sends them through Claude's API with a structured extraction prompt, and writes the output (deal stage, key objections, follow-up actions, sentiment) directly to a Notion database. The agent runs on a webhook trigger from the call recording platform, making the entire flow zero-touch from call end to CRM update.
